EDIT EVENT - SELECT ALL from INVITEES / ATTENDEES adds additional adults

Hi, I know this is in the bug report but I wanted to add additional details.

Edit an event that is in a SUBUNIT (Den) and update the INVITEES / ATTENDEES (SELECT ALL) the SUBUNIT filter correctly identifies “Youths” but adds additional “Adults” not in the SUBUNIT (Den). Create a new event that is in a SUBUNIT (Den) the INVITEES / ATTENDEES are correctly identified by default. Can we have the SELECT ALL filter respect the SUBUNIT (Den) for the associated Adults?

Please note that we have our events created in advance and are often required to update them based on schedule changes. To notify members of the Den of these changes, the INVITEES / ATTENDEES must reflect “current members” without notifying members from other Dens. We had one case when reminder notifications were sent out to AOL Den members for a meeting that was intended for Lions.

Calendar adult Select All feature

In the new Scoutbook Plus Calendar, when creating events for dens, the Select All feature works for Youth in the den, but the Parent/Guardian/Leader Select All feature selects ALL the Parents/Guardians/Leaders in the Pack. I’ve highlighted some parents/leaders who should not be selected for the Bear den. [image] [image]
