Seems like commas, apostrophes and other special characters are getting translates to question marks.
@JeremyGinsberg - I just did a test email with the characters you mention and the email came to my inbox without issue that you note. This is most likely a rendering issue on the client side.
@JeremyGinsberg yeah think I would first go to View > Message > RAW Source - what is seen in text there?
I wrote the email is MS Word, copy and pasted it.
I sent a test where I retyped the apostrophe in the Scoutbook editor as an example and it showed it correctly when sent. This didn’t occur in thrbclassif version.
@JeremyGinsberg - with the new editor you would not need to write in word. That was the formating added by word.
While I understand the benefits of the editor, it lacks functions like spellcheck and will time out while I’m drafting an email. I don’t have this issues with any other tools where copying and pasting from MS Word, including this within the forum where this is an issue.
