When sending out messages the apostrophes that I type show up as question marks in the email received.
What browser are you using? In my test from my iPhone apostrophes came through correctly.

Are you copying and pasting the message from another source or typing directly in the browser?
@JasonButler - i just did a test of typing apostrophe and outlook rendered it properly. This was from chrome
I used my iPhone to log into Scoutbook plus and typed the message. The email I received shows wrong on both the native apple mail and the gmail app.
