Error Encountered on National Outdoor Achievement Award (Camping)

Hi, a scout with ID# 13481617 let me know he completed the Camping portion of the National Outdoor Achievement Award so I went into Scoutbook Plus to approve it. All of the requirements were automatically showing as completed except Requirement 4, camping nights. This requirement was blank. According to his camping report he has 39 nights, including two summer camps which should qualify for the 5 nights at a BSA accredited camp.

I set the completed date to 9/16/25 which was the last night of his latest camping trip, added a comment that I had reviewed his camping log, marked the requirement as approved, then clicked save. I got the error below and it would not let me continue:

@ChristopherLow was that complete date for the award or for #4?

Good morning Donovan,

I put it on Requirement 4. I didn’t put anything on the complete date for the award itself. Usually the date on the award side of the screen gets filled in automatically once all of the requirements are marked as completed/approved if it works the same as entering merit badges. This is my first time using Scoutbook Plus for an award.
