Thank you. I know that everyone involved in helping us here is a volunteer, and I really appreciate your efforts. I wish BSA leadership would at least look at this forum to understand the immense frustration its volunteer leaders are feeling with the move to SB+ (and other IT issues). I’m actually surprised they don’t, as has been stated here several times. An IT rollout this poor is a national leadership issue that they should be tracking intently. The best way to do that is to look at the direct feedback that’s being provided. This has created so much extra work for just a few of us in our unit. It’s discouraging and is leaving the impression that national just doesn’t care. (vent over)
