I had parent enter the wrong Paul Bunyan award. It is showing as pending and I cannot delete it or add the correct one. The scout earned it but cannot fix it in Scoutbook (I was the parent and am now the new advancement chair and the previous AC has tried for months to fix it) An error “1 is not greater or equal to 1” continues to appear. Please help to get this fixed. I have even tried to add a quick entry and check all the boxes and it still won’t complete.
The SUAC volunteers can’t assist without the Scouting America Member ID (no names, please!) for the scout.
Also, almost all work should be done in SB+ now (advancements.scouting) rather than classic Scoutbook (scoutbook.scouting).
Also, depending on the permissions assigned by your Key 3 and your registered position, you might or might not have the correct permissions to access advancement and awards. The permissions structure changed completely around the end of the year. So, a lot of folks have been reporting issues at least partially tied to their permissions level.
@TraciRatcliff- since it is an award earned I would honestly just approve and award it. In the end the record will show paul bunyon and I doubt anyone will dig into it for the version year.

Yeah award versions like this really do not matter
Scout ID is 141927130 and it was completed on 10/11/25 The previous Advancement Chair has been trying to fix this for months. We both have been using Scoutbook Plus. The Paul Bunyan award just shows as Pending. The requirements for it do not show up & there is no completion date. SB+ will not allow it to be approved or awarded & can’t delete it, Just get error code! It is just there and can’t do anything. Can’t complete it and can’t add a new entry for it. PLEASE HELP as we would like this fixed so that everything is correct in his profile
@TraciRatcliff Award versions are only visible in SB - in the official record it would simply say Paul Bunyan and nothing else. I would just approve it and close the book.
Saying that I do not see any record of that award for the scout in our tool.
@TraciRatcliff Please ask the local council to submit a Scoutbook Plus help ticket to National.
