Both our Scoutmaster and I have been unable to enter the Mile Swim for one of our scouts. Each time we attempt to submit we receive the following HTTP GET error. Unsure where we go from here to complete this for our scout. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.
Are you still getting this error today? Does the error occur with anything other than mile swim?
I need the Scouting America Member ID (no names) for the Scout.

I have been trying to enter a scoutmaster conference for 2nd class rank. This requirement is grayed out, and Scoutbook Plus tells me it is because his scoutmaster conferences for previous ranks have not been entered. Of course, the previous conferences WERE entered in basic Scoutbook and the previous ranks have already been awarded. This is scout 134454691.
Any suggestions?

@WilliamFenton was the last rank the most current version of the rank?
I believe so, though I was not the person entering the requirements. He completed Tenderfoot rank 6/15/2024 and the most recent requirements are January 2023.
I get a similar error with the Scouts BSA World Conservation Award.
I am getting an error when I attempt to add awards for one specific scout. The error is telling me the award has already been recorded, but it isn’t showing up on his profile page.
I am also getting this error on multiple scouts.
Having award issues with inputting SUP. It shows no requirements for the award and if I enter a completed/approved date I get an error message that reads Error validating JSON. Expected minimum value 1.
There are known issues with awards.
