When clicking the completed date and clicking the approved/recorded box, using quick entry, or enter the dates on each individual requirement, I get the following error when clicking submit or save. “Error user award can not be created because userAward or userAwardRequirements already exist for the given userld, awardld - userld: 12328672 - awardld: 119. I check on the scout’s record and the award is not there even though the error says it is. Please help.
@DerekWheeler1 there are some general “START” issues that are being worked for awards - watch the change log for updates. If an immediate need - Council could use their tool to enter it

@JessicaBeasley1 was this entering all reqs or just a final date?
I’ve tried several ways, I can’t enter individual requirements - some of the ones I’d entered before migration are gone for this specific scout - and I also can’t just sign off the entire award.

Same here. Tried just the Mark as approved with the date, Quick entry and individual requirements. All the same result when I click save.
@JessicaBeasley1 @DerekWheeler1 what is the Scout Member # (no names) and what date (3/2/25) where you trying to enter? was it for a Req or for whole Award?

The scout member number is 14123257 and the date I am trying to enter is Aug 2nd, 2025. It is for the whole award.
Hi! Any updates on if this will be fixed? I’m having similar issues with other previously approved awards even showing up as finished in Scoutbook+.

I am having the same issue for some of my scouts for Historic Trails Award. I saw in the change log that awards are being worked on, so I just wanted to point out this award is having trouble too. YIS.
When you say you are having trouble with Historic Trails is it because it doesn’t appear or because you are getting an error?
If you are getting an error, please describe the error and when it occurs and include the Scout’s Scouting America Member ID (no names)
It does appear like normal but I initially had 7 scouts earn it and only five says it was awarded. Then I tried the 2 scouts individually and the error shows the userAward already exist for the given userid

I am having the same issue with inputting stuff in for a scout who is the den chief this year
We’re getting errors trying to add the Whitewater rafting award to scouts’ record. When we try quick entry in SB+, on any number of scouts (from all of those who completed it, just 2 or 3, or even one) we get this error message: “There was an error updating one or more requirements. Please try again.” All of the requirements are checked off, nothing is missing.
When we try to update an individual scout, by going to their Awards section in SB+ and selecting the award, we get “Error validating JSON. Error - Expected minimum value 1.”
Both of these happened with this BSA ID: 13479745 (also others, but this is one example).
