@T.Krein- what are the header timestamps ? it should show the original send time

For Gmail

  1. Open the email.

  2. Click the three-dot icon (More) in the top-right corner of the email.

  3. Select Show original to see raw headers in a new tab.

For Outlook (Desktop App)

  1. Double-click the email to open it in a new window.

  2. Go to File > Properties.

  3. Look in the Internet headers box for the Received: lines.

For Outlook (Web)

  1. Open the message.

  2. Click the three dots menu (More actions).

  3. Choose View message details or View message source.
