Hello, it would be great if families could add the the number of people (kids and adults) attending an event like they can in signup genius. Our Pack events often include the entire family, not just the scout and the 1 registered/linked parent. I would love to be able to use the Scoutbook Plus calendar to track total RSVP and attendance numbers instead of having to use sign up genius or spreadsheets for that purpose.
This is in the backlog. We do not know if or when it will be scheduled for development work.
I’ve been able to use the “External Guest” option to track this, but you have to edit the calendar entry directly - it’s not for attendee editing apparently, and the counts are not included in the “Yes” RSVP category when you group respondents by RSVP category. So it’s not so useful, but I can at least keep track of a few outsiders.
