I would like to see if there is a way to add a tally or count system on the calendared events that would automatically adjust to capture the “Yes”, “No”, “Maybe” responses. It would make planning events a lot easier if we are able to glance at the responses versus manually counting the responses.
Since scouting is expanding to allow families to participate it would also be nice to be able to capture +1’s or additional folks attending since we are only able to capture that information within the comments section.
The volunteer written and supported Feature Assistant Extension for Scoutbook for Chrome and Firefox’s has an RSVP report that will give you a count of Yes/No/Maybe. The report must be run before Scoutbook switches from RSVP to Attendance mode. See Feature Assistant - What is it? for details.
Adding the ability to RSVP for guests is on the list of requested calendar features. We do not know when the calendar will be scheduled for updates.
