Event RSVP vs Recorded Attendance

Can we look into a counter for recorded attendance on the event please? I think someone asked for this before but unable to find out what happen with that.

Right now the Event only counts at the top of the event list if the person has responded to the RSVP. While this is great for preplanning there is no actual summary counter for actual attendance. Why I ask is there is a “percentage reached” between who is actually RSVPing vs a leader marking RSVP to get a quick summary counter at the top.

If there was a “Attended” counter somewhere (marked by leader after event and separate from RSVP) then leaders would never need to manually RSVP for someone and that RSVP counter would reflect a REAL number who use RSVP functions.

Oh! yep my bad, thought that’s where I put it. Updated from “Bugs” to “Feature Request”.

@TJCline - the real trick is getting them to actually RSVP matched to attend and even better to read emails :slight_smile:

Correct but it would clean up data usage for that RSVP feature on who actually uses it as intended instead of having us leaders manually turn on RSVP for individuals just so we can get a count summary. IT can use that real RSVP data to further support/not support future developments in those areas.
