Multiple people from my pack has reported receiving 3 reminder emails when only suppose to have received 1, myself included. I have checked the events setup, and confirmed only 1 reminder was setup for that time. This started last week for us.

This has previously been reported, and the SUAC members have posted that the developers are looking into it. Scouting America IT doesn’t provide a timeline or updates for bug fixes. We only know they are released when the SUAC updates the change log here:

We are seeing this as well, and it is very frustrating for our families. Subscribing to the Change Log thread to keep an eye out for updates.
Our pack is also getting 3 reminder emails. The parents are going to get frustrated with all of the emails and opt out. It is slightly embarrassing b/c some think it is user error.
This is a known issue. The developers are investigating.
