Problem with automatic event reminders

We are getting three emails sent out each time for an event. Same email, same address, three times. Any suggestions?

No indications (yet) that it’s been resolved. As usual, Scouting America IT doesn’t provide any public info on timeline or prioritization for addressing the bugs.

No, they do not. Rather than keep telling everyone “it’s a known issue” and then putting it on the back burner for the rest of time while we all live with the poor programming, it’d be more helpful is they would stop new development until all of the existing problems are resolved (or else it seems like they’ll just keep compounding the problem). It’d also be great if they would rollback whatever release caused the latest issue(s) to a previous “stable” version while they troubleshoot and fix the bugs offline and not in the production environment. I keep hoping, but I think it’s in vain.
