Starting an hour prior to our Pack Meeting on Tuesday we started seeing 3 emails for event reminders. I received 3 emails about the Pack Meeting, then also 3 emails for each of our 2 day den meetings that happened tonight. And tonight I received 3 emails each for the hour prior reminders.
So basically 3 emails are being sent for each reminder!
I don’t know what you mean. There are many Scouts invited to each event. I don’t have any duplicate Scouts in the unit if that’s what you are asking. This just started out of the blue on Tuesday for us.
I am experiencing this as well. It just started last weekend, I think.
I am a registered leader for the unit and have two kids registered in the unit as well, so that suggests a problem scrubbing duplicates. My spouse (also a registered leader) is experiencing the same problem.
Oddly, the emails arrive about 40-70 seconds apart.

This issue is happening for me also. Started last week and I received 3 reminders instead of the expected 1 reminder. Yesterday that dropped to 2 reminders instead of the expected 1 reminder. Also, the formatting of the reminder has changed, it is difficult to read, the first block of text is super light.
This is still an issue. Any progress? Our COR asked me about it last night. I couldn’t say anything other than I saw that we are all having the issue and it’s not just him.
