Every Scout in Pack is a Lion

Hi, I have an issue in Scoutbook. Every Scout in my Cub Pack, regardless of age, is only able to complete Lion adventures/ Lion Bobcat. We are a new pack and have about 10 cub scouts across every age.
Anyone able to help me fix this?

@KelseyPatton are the Scouts assigned to Rank Level dens? An admin needs to go to advancement.scouting.org and make and edit dens - and add the correct scouts.

Cub Advancement in the SB Platform is controlled by Den Level
