Existing calendar items are no longer editable. If I create a new event, I can edit it that day but not if I had created the event say, a week or two ago. Now we have events that need to be changed but the “Save” button is grayed out and the update (in this case a date change for the event) cannot be completed. Please advise. Thx.
@LymanJackson 1. You see the Edit Button?
2. Were these imported events?
3. Is there a Description?
Yes, I see the Edit button. I clicked on it and began editing but then when I go to Save, the Save button is grayed out. When I click on Save, there is no response. These were not imported events. Each event has a description.
@LymanJackson is it one specific one or all?
I have tried this with multiple events after they have been in the system for at least a few days. After that, they become un-editable.
BTW, I am using the latest version of Microsoft Edge browser.
@LymanJackson - have you tried this in chrome ?
@LymanJackson yeah Edge might be the issue - that is like using Safari
@LymanJackson initial guess is there is only one Adult Leader on the events - there have to be at least 2
I used to use Firefox which uses the Chrome architecture but it stopped working with Scoutbook. I literally could not log in. Thus, the switch to Edge which works great with every other part of Scoutbook. So, I don’t think it is a Chrome issue.
@LymanJackson - i am a firefox and chrome user and have no issues like you are noting. Have you tried an incognito session
Make sure a description is included and at least two registered adult leaders are invited.
