Are any other units receiving emails stating that “Our records indicate that your Safeguarding Youth Training (SYT) has expired for the Member ID associated with your registration” despite showing up in the training report as good into May 2027? We have received several. Example leader: 12710556 my.scouting.org header and training report say “SYT Expiration Date: 05/02/2027”
Yes they seem to have gone out nationally or something. That is a talk to council or ignore issue.
One of my Unit Scouter Reserves had the same/similar at 11:59 Eastern (12482087)
I authenticated my.scouting SYT report, she took it on May 17.
Please ask your local councils to submit a help ticket to National.
Yes. Annoying. Mine is current. Took it in January.

Scouting America has send a 2nd email to all who received the first by mistake apologizing for the issue. Hopefully they get it resolved before another set goes out.
