Firem'n Chit (Scouts BSA), Totin' Chip, and Scuba Award not saving

I entered the following awards in Scoutbook Plus, receive a success update message, however the completion is not saved:

  • Firem’n Chit (Scouts BSA) for SB ID 12766206
  • Scuba Award for SB ID 11647373
  • Totin’ Chip for SB ID 14198259 and 14225509

How do I get these awards entered?

@WilliamTaylor4 what method did you use to enter them?

Open our troop roster in Scoutbook Plus.

Click on the scout’s name.

Scroll down to ‘Awards’ and select ‘Pending’

Find and click on the Award.

Tried two paths from here and neither one saves it:

  1. Enter a ‘Completion Date’ and check the ‘Mark as Approved/Recorded’ box for an individual requirement and clicked the ‘Save’ button.

OR

  1. Click the ‘Quick Entry’ button. Click the ‘Approve’ box at the top to fill in all open boxes. Scroll down and enter a ‘Completion Date’. Click the ‘Save’ button.

So what happens when you click save? Goes back to empty award page?

I receive a popup saying “Success Advancement requirements updated” and what I entered is cleared out.

Any update on my issue or how to get around this issue?

It seems that most awards are still having issues. I don’t think I have seen any announcements that they have all been fixed. It would be good to keep a list of these dates and awards and enter them once the fixes are announced.
