This weekend, I had two Scouts working to finish the Paul Bunyan Award that has been in progress for a couple of years. When my Advancement Chair opened the in progress award, it immediately zeroed out and changed to “not started.” All items previously approved were wiped out. It has not come back after 4 days. Thanks.

I see the data for both Scouts in the Scoutbook database. There are known issues with the displaying of awards in Scoutbook Plus.

Is there any way that I can access/see the items that were signed off so that I can re-enter them? Thanks. One of the Scouts should have completed the award this weekend, but I’m not positive.
You won’t be able to re-enter them because they are already in the database. The system will generate an error saying you can’t start the awards because they are already started.
The Scouts BSA History Report may show what requirements have been completed. Use Legacy Scoutbook to produce the report.
