Has national taken the time to run this forum through AI for a summary of common issues?
I think the common issues are known. It is the speed at which they are resolved that seems to be the issue. Speed is a factor of developers working on the issues (and their skill and how they are managed). Until the funds allocated to developers is increased, the speed at which issues are resolved will stay the same. With legacy SB going away, that will be one less system to maintain. It should help a bit.
