I have found how to pull a report for the dates of the Health forms, however I have updated many, and I can not get them to reflect on the report as updated. Is there a delay?
@NicholasGilstrap - I would recommend clearing your browser cache then re-run the report.

unfortunately that did not work
@NicholasGilstrap - ok… they all reported as saved? I would log out, close and relaunch the browser.
