When I go into Scoutbook Plus/Roster/Unit Quick Entry to update the medical forms dates…it does not show any Scouts or Leaders under there respective tabs, I can only the see the parents.
I was able to update this information at the beginning of the Summer.
I am in charge of maintaining the Med Forms and Swim Check data for the troop. This is great feature for insuring that everyone adding a function has the correct training and we med forms on file.
Do I need have a special access or added to an approved list by the SM or Committee Chair.

G Troop, I have been in charge of the medical forms since last fall. Not sure what has changed on this.
When I click that tab of the leaders tab, the roster does not populate. I can only see a parents roster under the parents tab.
You need to hold one of these positions to update health form dates:
Key 3 (Scoutmaster, Committee Chair, Charter org rep)
Key 3 Delegate (assigned by Key 3 in my.scouting.org)
Unit Admin (assigned in Scoutbook)
Unit Advancement Chair (assigned in my.scouting.org)
You are a Unit Admin in 310B but not 8720G.
Thanks they must have changed that recently because I could update this before summer camp this year.
I have been added as Unit Admin in Scoutbook for T8720.
However I still not able to update the med form dates.
I don’t see where SB Plus sees this update, it shows me as being an ASM and Parent/Guardian.
How long does it take for the two to sync up?
@ChristopherJourdan You usually need to wait for an overnight process to run, so up to 24 hours.
