When I select a merit badge that has been opened for a scout in order to approve certain requirements or approve the badge as completed, I get an error. I am the role of merit badge counselor but also I a serve as the troops merit badge coordinator (liaison between scouts and MBCs). No matter my role, I get this same error.
Note: I noticed that this error only occurs for badges that were opened a while ago, badges recently opened (i.e. I opened some yesterday) do not get this error.
We have a scout who has completed one of last Eagle badges and we are unable to mark it as complete because of this error, so it is becoming time sensitive.
