I’ve tried to follow the suggestions for getting history for an aged-out scout but I can’t find any place to enter the scouts ID, I can only see current scouts. I am listed as Troop Admin but I don’t seem to have the ability to search for a scout’s info by Scout ID. I need to check his records for merit badges to see if he is eligible for any palms at his Eagle COH.

Use Scouts BSA History Report from your My Dashboard → Reports menu, not the Troop → Reports menu.

Thank you. I thought I was doing that and I kept getting a “No Reports Available” alert. But when I just did it it worked. Either I was doing something wrong or maybe they’re messing with the report functions as they’re migrating everything over to SB+.
