In the past i have been able to look up advancement records for our over 18 Eagle Scouts using the Scout HIstory Report, i would use the scouts bsa id and last name. Worked great. Now I am not seeing that as an option. I am only given the list of existing troop members to select. I need this info for an upcoming Eagle COH. Any way to get this info out of scoutbook for our Eagle Scouts that are not Scouts any longer?
@KristaHolmes The option is still there, but you need to be a unit Admin to see it.
You should be able to access it in Scoutbook via:
Reports Menu → Scouts BSA History Report
I am unit admin. Yes the report option is still there but the report feature has changed to only a check box selection now with existing troop members.
There is no option for entering the BSA id any longer on this report
@KristaHolmes no it has not - you have to go to scoutbook.scouting.org > My Dashboard > Reports - that is the location to search by BSA #
Thank you for clarifying. I have two troops and a pack and I forgot there was a main reports menu - I was at the troop reports menu. Very different!
