Give me the ability to search by scouts that are taking my merit badge

Pulling up an individual scout takes so many steps. It would be really helpful if I could either save a list of scouts for reference or search by having me as a merit badge counselor. I have no easy way to know who has asked for me as their counselor.

I update requirements as I go in their advancement.

I have a report that shows the status of each scout, but I’d like just mine, and then when I click on their name, take me to the merit badge page. The Report Builder could do this pretty easily.
