How can I remove a duplicate Scoutbook account for myself?

Hi, long story short: someone created a duplicate adult account for me when my oldest son graduated from Cub Scouts to Boy Scouts, which needs to be removed.

My good, YPT up-to-date BSA account ID is 136929536.

Not sure what the duplicate account ID is any longer, but I can see it’s still connected to my sons (BSA ID #'s 12825572 and 12825573). Also, I can tell it has a ConnectionID of 20651384.

Anyone know how to get rid of this?

@DavidFugate that is fixed - I recommend that you contact your local council and ask them to use the Registrar Tools to look up your children. When they look up your children, they want to check your children’s “User Relationship” and make sure that your children are connected to you as parent with Only your correct BSA member ID number
