Member ID 14453302 would like to keep that account and ensure it is connected to two scouts (children of this member): bsa 14461595 and bsa 14453314. The following duplicate member Id can go away: 14486136.
@ElizabetteLane This should be fixed.
I’m not sure if I have the same duplicate account issue or if my multiple accounts are for my two scout children.
Mine: Member ID 14451201
Scout 1: Member ID: 14478062
Scout 2: Member ID: 14478315
If these are indeed my two scouts, is it not possible to track progress and manage them from one account? When I log in to each to see if I can verify this, it all has my own name, not my scouts. And when I log in to my account, I don’t see any details about any scouts of mine except on the application status page.
@BenMason I see that you are connected to your scouts. I wonder if you are logging into the wrong website. Try scoutbook.scouting.org. Then click my dashboard > my account. Do you see a my family section with their names?

Ahh thank you. I’m pretty sure I was looking around on my.scouting.org
Good morning, please merge SB ID# 2240037 (associated with BSA # 14243767) and SB ID# 12538116. 12538116 is a duplicate that was created in error.
Good morning, I have a Scout w/ 2 accounts. After reviewing all the info I can, it looks like we should be able to delete the following. SB ID# 12481512 (BSA ID# 14286332)
Not sure if it helps, but the correct account that we are keeping is SB ID# 10394530 (BSA ID# 136854215). I don’t see where I can delete this account, would you please see if this can be done? TIA!
@EricBurley that is fixed
@RobertAto that is fixed

The parent connection listed under youth bsa account 14453849 lists “error // subscriptions.” I do not have that adult member ID as a result, but what exists of that adult connection can go away. To be clear bsa 14453849 is a youth account and should STAY, but the parent connection currently under that account has some sort of error and can go away.

This is fixed. This parent has Apple log in turned on, so he needs to log in with the “Sign in with Apple” button, his Apple name, and Apple password.
