How do I access Cub Scout records for a scout who has aged out?

Hi, where do I find records for scouts who have aged out? I am looking for Cub and Scout records for planning an Eagle CoH. I did finally find his record from time in Scouts. But his Cub Scout records aren’t included and when I search under Cub Scouts, it says there are no records for him. Did he get a different ID number as a Scout?

If you have the Scout’s member ID number, then you can run the Scouts BSA History Report and the Cub Scout History Report in Scoutbook (legacy).

If you post the Scout’s member ID number, I can see if he has any Cub Scout records.

(No names, please)

@MelissaNicolaysen - the cub history report is a dashboard report found here:

When I run this report, I get a message in red “"Single Sign On (SSO) is required to run reports. Please login to Scoutbook with your Scoutbook email address, then use the “Switch SSO Profile” option on My Account page and enter your Scouting.org (my.Scouting) UserName and Password.”

I have no idea what the SSO profile is.

The only way I know how to log in to scoutbook is through my.scouting

@MelissaNicolaysen- should be scoutbook.scouting.org

Thank you. He should have records. He started as soon as his Den opened in 1st grade and went all the way through to earn his Eagle. I found his Scout record, just not his Cub records.

His ID number is 129529328. Did his number change when he went from Cubs to Scouts?

Thank you for your help.

@MelissaNicolaysen

If there are no Cub Scout records it could be his unit did not use Scoutbook and the Council did not update the record from advancement reports.

The only Cub Scout record I see for him in the database is Arrow of Light completed 1/18/2018 and approved 9/25/2019.

@MelissaNicolaysen This is what I found:

Thank you! I appreciate your help with this!

@MelissaNicolaysen I have reported the issue with the Cub Scout History Report not working for this Scout to the developers.
