I have a Scout, PID #137275707 whose Eagle Board of review date was entered in error in Scout Book Plus. He is in the process of completing the requirements and the leader is concerned that he will no be able to enter those dates because of this. How do I or the Scoutmaster remove the date. I have tried to go into the Scout’s record through his unit and removed the date and clicked save but it did not work.
You should just be able to go into the Scout’s Eagle page and click the X when you hover over the BOR date then click save. Do you get an error when you do this?
This is the error it gives me when I do that, Error: BOR cannot be completed before date of Scoutmaster’s conference and date is not removed.
@MichelleBaumann It looks like the date for the Eagle BOR is 2021/07/13, which is before the date of one of the other requirements and also Life rank. We probably need the developers to remove it.
Could you please submit a help ticket to the Scoutbook team?

I have reported this to the developers. There should not be a date consistency check when deleting a date.
The developers need to know how the BOR date was entered since they have not been able to enter a BOR date without the final completion date also filling in automatically.
They have remove the BOR date so the Scout’s record is clear.
the leader did it in 2021 and I do not how he did it.
