We have a closed PO that has accidentally had new items added for an upcoming CoH. I can edit a closed PO and remove line items which is ok if the only thing on the line item are new badges but if they are mixed with previously purchased badges, how do you reopen the closed PO so that (after removing the line item with the mixed badges) you can put back what belongs on the old PO leaving the new items that will be put on a new PO?
Scoutbook does not have the ability to open a closed PO. There is an item in the backlog to add this capability but we do not know when it will be scheduled for development work.
Do you have a suggestion as a work around then? I’m hesitant to start removing too much off the closed PO because some line items include previously awarded/purchased badges along with newly awarded ones that should really go on a new PO with a different number.
@MichaelWilliams23- if everything has been awarded then really what is the issue
I wanted the POs to match the receipts from the Scout Shop. Turns out some badges were back-ordered as well so I’ll figure something out. I may create a new PO anyway and add some comments explaining what happened. It would be nice feature to have though to be able to open up a closed one. Thanks for answering.
@MichaelWilliams23- i understand that. I have in those cases trashed the whole po and started over.
