There are 2 purchase orders in Pack 4420 that have dropped all the items on them. 1084057 and 1076774
@LatnerG - do you see those PO numbers in the awarded tab ?
@LatnerG - they have been awarded then ? The option to remove items from a PO does exist for closed PO’s. Why someone would do that is a matter for discussion.
@Stephen_Hornak I did not. I wanted to print the cards since I could not access them previously.
@LatnerG - are the marked as awarded ? If not then they should be back on to purchase.
@Stephen_Hornak I want to go into those POs and print the cards now that I’m able to access them. The 2 POs listed have dropped the items that were on the POs.
@LatnerG - i understand that but I am asking we all of those items marked as awarded ??
@Stephen_Hornak yes they were
@LatnerG - the only way to get back to the state where they are on a PO is to un-award them. That is not going to be fun. I am not sure but I think someone would need to look at the back end and determine how they got removed from a PO. The SUAC folks would need to dig into this one. I will say though that it would have to be anyone who has the PO permissions.
@Stephen_Hornak can that be looked into? I am consistently irritated by Scoutbook Plus and all its glitches that keepcropping up.
@LatnerG - let me see if I can reach out to one of the SUAC.. As it is Friday evening we may not get a response from the dev team right away. I understand the frustration but i do trust that things will get fixed as the move off of the old scoutbook code.
@LatnerG trying to follow this. So you had these 2 POs.
Where the POs open or Closed? I see in one image all are marked Awarded on 3/20.
@DonovanMcNeil they were closed and the advancements were marked as Awarded. I knew I could go into the closed POs and generate the cards to be printed. I tried to do this today and 2 of the previous POs had all of their items dropped.
@LatnerG we will see - I will get audit data on when they were closed and when items where awarded. A closed PO is Static, it does not change. We will see what the data says when staff can get me data.
@LatnerG - if that list in awarded is not showing a po then the items were marked awarded while the po was still open. That is the only time I have ever seen items come off of a PO.
@Stephen_Hornak so we can’t list items on an open PO as awarded? That seems like a design flaw.
@LatnerG - no it has always been that way. You mark them awarded means you do not have to purchase them. An open po is a live document and nothing more than a shopping list.
@Stephen_Hornak this may have been what happened to me then.
