How to deselect a Scout Life subscription for a unit paid membership renewal

I am trying to process a unit paid individual membership renewal for an adult leader but don’t see a way to remove the Scout Life fee that shows up on the payment summary. (Scout Life is not selected next to their name in the roster tool.)

I believe you have to do that BEFORE they are added to the payment summary. I think you can remove them, select them, deselect Scout Life, then add them.

I tried that but I don’t see how to deselect Scout Life for anyone. Also, the Scout Life checkmark is actually not present for this person in the roster. It only shows up when trying to pay for the renewal.

Huh. I’m pretty sure it was there for me. The best answer risk to reach out to your council. If they can’t help, they have the ability to enter a member care ticket for support.
