Membership Renewal Order

Hello.

For Troop B, I selected all the members for whom the Troop will made the renewal payment. I saw the list with the total, but, when I reopened my.Scouting, it reads all the checkout members has a Membership Renewal Order. But I cannot see or go to the payment page. I tried but I cannot make the payment. How can I do that?

Can you be more specific?

@EstherVillarino_Tur what you are asking is more a question for council as they are the direct help asset for registrations and renewals

Yes, I called prior writing on the Forum, but they cannot know how to recover the member list for renewal.

Your council staff has access to a National internal message board (not Discourse) where they can get help from other Council staff or they can open a Member Care ticket for assistance.

On Unit Paid Membership Renewal Batches

Look for the person who made the renewal list, date and number of members

Plus sign

On the top you will see Go to payment

Click

Revise list and members, you can Remove

Make the payment
