Our troop is receiving cub scouts as part of normal cross over actions. The pack has one scout that accidently was dropped at recharter and council directed the pack to reinstate the youth on the roster of the pack, so they can push him to the troop. We are struggling to find the steps for reinstatement. Can anyone talk us through it?
Your council should be able to provide instructions. Most likely the family will need to register the Scout again.

To show up on your scoutbook roster, they need to be officially registered.
