Scout accidentally deleted, how to add back in

During recharter we had a family that was not active most of the year and was not responding to various communications, so he was deleted from the packs scoutbook. They resurfaced. Is there a way to reinstate them in scoutbook under our pack? I have the BSA ID for the scout. Our recharter has not been processed yet so hoping we can get him back in. Please advise

Post the BSA Member ID (no names) and we will investigate.

I have set this Scout to be added back to the unit in Scoutbook. The next position sync will occur overnight. Check tomorrow and let us know. You will need to place him back in a den.
