How to undo an overall approval of an advancement

When I was signing off a scout’s Second Class requirements to make him eligible for a BOR, I accidentally checked the “Mark as Approved/Recorded” box in the left section at Scoutbook Plus. This action changed his Second Class status to “Completed” in both Scoutbook and Scoutbook Plus.

To revert to the pre-BOR state, I unchecked the “Mark as Approved/Recorded” box on the left and removed the completion date. Unfortunately, this couldn’t help undo the “completed” status, nor did it allow me to sign off each of the requirements on the right. When I tried to save my approval of each requirement, the website returned the error message, “Error User is not authorized to access this API”.

Please help revert the scout’s Second Class to the correct status. His scout ID is:

When you approved on the left and added a date - it probably filled in a BOR date - try clearing that date and unapproving - or just unapproving it - to see if that resolves it - little hard suggesting not seeing it

I tried to unapproved only or both cleared date and unchecked approval; they didn’t help clear off the approval of BOR and the overall rank status “completed”. I even tried to clear the BOR date and unapproved it, no luck either. On Scoutbook, the scout’s status has been changed to Second Class already. Except BOR, the rest requirements on Scoutbook Plus are green, allowing me to approve and save, but I hit errors “user is not authorized to access this API” when I tried to save them.

Thank you!
