I am a registered scout leader, I have one active scout, and I have another son that was a cub scout but is no longer active. Every time I sign in to scoutbook plus, I get a dialog about my former cub scout son and the need to define my relationship with him as a parent. I can’t add a relationship to him because I am a scout leader. This dialog box pops up every time I log in, and is very annoying. It also prevents me from being able to sign in to scoutbook plus on my mobile device. I would like to either a) define the relationship with my son or b) remove my inactive son that has not been a part of scouting in 4 years.
@MichaelWaldrop that will be gone soon - so you can either wait (as it is not effecting you other than being annoying) - or call council and have them add the relationship to you and the past scout
Thank you so much for the quick reply. The main impact for me other than annoyance is there doesn’t seem to be a way to sign on via mobile to scoutbook plus. Is there a workaround for that other than calling council ?
Nevermind. I can log in on mobile. just not through the “scouting” app.
