I'm receiving a Warning: another user is using the same email address

Hello, I am new to scouts. I have the same warning when i sign in, “another user is using the same email address” - May I please have assistance with merging an accounts? Thank you.

Hi @DonovanMcNeil , it looks like I have a similar issue. My unit tried to add me to scoutbook yesterday and it didn’t merge well with my National account as I tried to register with my phone. Can you please assist?

@StephenOhlson It looks like your e-mail address is also on your Scout’s Scoutbook account. I will remove it.

Edited to add: E-mail has been removed from Scout’s Scoutbook account.

Hi,
I am also having the same issue with receiving the warning message. I have 2 boys in Scouts- one has been in a few years & the other is brand new. I currently have 2 separate logins & passwords for each of their Scoutbook accounts. Is there a way to merge both of their accounts into 1 please? Thanks! Liz
