Incorrect Email After Account Merge

Good Afternoon,

We’re still encountering an issue with an account you guys helped with a few weeks ago. This is one of the users that had two BSA numbers and you guys merged them for us (thank you again). The email address in Scoutbook is still incorrect, but it is correct on the roster in my.scouting.org. He still can’t login to Scoutbook. His BSA ID is 136387168. What should we do to restore his access? Thanks!

Are they trying to log in with email or their My Scouting User name (which is everything before the @ in email)

I just fixed the email in scoutbook
