Email address change

I have a parent who can’t access their account as their email address is wrong. Please update BSA 13299080 user ID 10002214 email to be: XXXXXXXXXX@XXXXXXXXXX

The parent just logged in today. They can correct the email address themselves in their profile.

She said she has two profiles? She said:

apparently I had 2 Scoutbook accounts. One of them was ‘killed’ so I could complete the YTP. My current scoutbook that works is XXXXXXXXXX. M.'s information is not listed. My account under XXXXXXXXXX has my correct email address. I’m not sure of where to start to untangle it.
