[Support] Merge Accounts

Hello Scoutbook Superusers,

First time poster – please let me know if I need to break this up or if there’s a superthread I should have tacked onto.

I’m a new cubmaster and I’ve got some duplicate records in Scoutbook that I’d like help merging.

  1. Member ID 13884480 and 13984692 is the same person. Earlier ID was created as parent, and then the second ID when he registered as den leader. If it’s normal to have two IDs in this scenario, please let me know.
  2. Member ID 12695078 and 13169752 is the same person. Looks like we have a typo in the email for 12695078, so when they invited the correct email it created a second account. Email on 13169752 is the correct one.
  3. Member ID 136627845 and 13518120 is the same person. Email on 13518120 is the correct one.
  4. Member ID 136627836 and 13500060 is the same person. Looks like we have a typo in the email for 136627836, so when they invited the correct email it created a second account. Email on 13500060 is the correct one.
  5. Member ID 14149747 is a real head scratcher. Correct email is present when i look at the roster on scouting.org, but Scoutbook has changeyouremail@scoutbook.com. When I try to edit the profile to use the correct email, it says it’s already in use. When I try to add a user using the correct email, Scoutbook returns no records. PM me (if this forum supports that) if you need me to provide the correct email.

These are all fixed @MatthewLeatherman - the last on needs to log in as the parent not the Scout - user name is First Initial Last Name
