Incorrect name capitalization

I have two people with name problems.

One has a letter incorrectly capitalized in the middle of the last name. Most reports, rosters, and permission slips show the problem.

Another one the first and last name are not capitalized. Again most screen views, reports, and permission slips show this problem. While other parts of Scout book capitalize the first and last name.

I submitted both of these problems to our Council Scout Executive. She can’t see the problem so she says she cannot fix it. I have screen captures and document scans showing the problem.

So, how do I get this problem fixed?

And sometimes they need to touch the name and save so it forces a fix - what are the Member#s (no names)

136930375 - extra capital letter

13347629 - correct last name spelling for above

130006536 - first and last name are not capitalized

I do have screen captures of the problem if you want me to email them.

The registrar (Scout Executive in our small Council) says she can not fix the problem and referred me back to the forum.

I have a similar problem. First name all small, last name all caps. Shows up fine in personal info. Can’t get it fixed…
