Individual Advancement Record Location SB+

Does the Individual Advancement Record have a direct link on Scoutbook +?

I have to go through legacy Scoutbook, then under Troop Reports to select Scouts BSA Individual Advancement Record. Once selected it seems to pop me over to Scoutbook +. I can’t seem to find the report directly on SB+, always have to go the long route (SB→SB+).

Does not seem to be listed under any of the reporting options on SB+. Is the link missing on SB+ or am I missing it? Here is the redirect from SB legacy reports menu.

In Scoutbook Plus, it’s on the Scout’s Profile page. Click on “Run Report” to see it.

It is. But we use it for PLC planning, it’s very useful to be able to see the entire troop instead of having to go into each scout.

Legacy SB has all scouts (can select with a box to exclude Eagle for example.

Profile page is the only thing I could find on SB+. One scout at a time is very slow.

For PLC using a Custom Report Builder report would likely be better - as you can get all scouts on one page.

The format is not easy to read or to generate under report builder, this is simple and clear. And it is much quicker to generate. Has one column for name selection and hit go. It also has a QR code for each scout to open the details. Perfect tool for PLC planning.

I would think that Report Builder would be more efficient for PLC planning. You can generate reports like this one (for Tenderfoot rank):

Yeah report build is WAY easier for planning - with a glance I see what more than one scout needs

@ThomasSmith20 - yeah I would agree that report builder is the way to go. Setup the report then save it and share it with other leaders.
