How do you print one with out getting an error?

the IAR is old and is replaced - use the Scout BSA Individual Advancement Report or the Scout BSA History Report

@DarnydOrtiz - what you need to do is go to the unit page in scoutbook, then unit reports then look for the Scouts BSA Individual Advancement Record.
