I have been updating Scoutbook information for my Troop so that everything is correct for an upcoming court of honor. One of my scouts has something wrong when I run a report. When you look at his ranks, all the information is correct. Here are two links showing different info: Scoutbook

The SUAC folks typically only need the BSA ID to look up an individual. If they need names or similar PII, they’ll set up a private channel to request it.
