Can't access scout's current or future ranks

Everyone in my troop has been having trouble with Scoutbook and Scoutbook Plus for weeks.

I have had several issues and will be opening multiple “tickets” in the forum, since I can’t find any way to submit a real ticket to customer support.

When I try to access my scout’s Advancement section in legacy Scoutbook, it takes me to Scoutbook Plus.

When I try to access his current rank (Star - 46% complete), the screen is blank. It shows 0% progress and says Requirements Version 2016 (current).

I can access the current rank for every other scout in the troop, just not my son’s.

I am an assistant scoutmaster and his guardian, so I should have access through 2 paths but neither works

Can somebody please help me get access back for my scout?

I have reported this issue. Thank you for providing the screen shots.

The best place to report Scoutbook issues is in the Scoutbook & Scoutbook Plus Bugs category. Scouting America IT does not provide direct support to members. Your only other option is to ask your Council to open a ticket but that often takes longer to get to the developers, if it ever does. The SUAC has direct contact with the developers and can report issues directly to them. Unless we direct you to contact your Council, this is the best method.

While I was gathering the information necessary to report this issue, I noticed you are registered with your nickname instead of your legal name. If you cannot change it on your Scoutbook Plus profile page, I suggest calling your Council and having your registration updated.

Are any other ranks blank or just Star?

@RobertCostantino I have seen this before and a Hard Refresh of the page solved it for me
