I have tried on several occasions to insert an image using the IMG button into a calendar event. It seems to work for a short period of time and then fails to retain the image. Right now my calendar event shows (undefined) where the IMG is, and the email notification does not insert the image but just shows a blue question mark icon. When I edit the event, I also am unable to do anything but delete the “undefined” image. I can’t edit or review the URL that was used. I think it will work if I create it and send an ASAP notification, but not after that.
@BenMason unfortunately right now it seems to take several hours for the image to place - we have complained about this
Thanks. Is there a trick to make it work? What takes several hours? I had added the image a couple weeks ago but today’s reminder didn’t include the image.
@BenMason if a knew a foul proof I would share it - in my experience it seems hit or miss
