Invalid advancementID of type award: 102

My Scouting Tools Internet Advancement

I am trying to upload an advancement report from Troop Web Host to Scoutbook Plus. I’m uploading as a .txt file as directed, but the report fails to upload and I get two errors:
Invalid advancementID of type award: 102
Invalid advancementID of type award: 117

Any ideas on how to rectify this? Thanks!

You need to contact Troop Web Host for assistance. The 3rd party tools that can produce upload files are responsible for all support.
